Each year, the Dassault Systèmes’ EDU team sponsors a Project of the Year contest to encourage students and schools to create innovative projects using CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, SIMULIA and 3DEXCITE.
Contestants had six categories in which they could win:
- Five winners chosen by popular vote
- Four brand projects awards for SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, SIMULIA, and 3DEXCITE
- One jury prize winner chosen by a jury
- Three sustainability category winners
- Three best 3DEXPERIENCE platform projects chosen by Dassault Systèmes’ employees
Today, we are proud to share the winners of the 2022 Project of the Year contest. This year we received 230 project entries from 38 countries. Winning projects include the SOLIDWORKS brand winner ‘Alpha prosthetic arm’, the CATIA brand winner ‘hyper solar dryer project’ and sustainability category winner ‘solar tent project’.
