In this new tutorial of CATIA Civil Engineering , you will see the benefits of using parametric design for quick iterations in 2020x FD01. Using a parametric dam and design in context of the terrain, you will see how easy it is to change the position of a dam and automatically get the new quantities manually, with an update, or through an optimization process to achieve a target volume. Also, you will see the Polyhedric Modeler (PHM) in action, allowing you to perform operations between survey data (mesh) and solid/surfacic CATIA features.
