We are excited to learn today that Dassault Systèmes has again been named to Fortune’s Future 50.

Three years ago, Fortune and managing consulting firm BCG teamed to create the Future 50. Together, they consider dozens of factors to identify companies with the best long-term growth potential. They believe that the most innovative companies continually reimagine their potential, even if that requires embracing radical shifts in strategy.

The authors cited 3DS’s 2019 acquisition of Medidata Solutions as a key reason for being included as a Future 50 company, as it made us a player in clinical trial software just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. They also shared their belief that “the company is at the forefront of a wave of digitization across industrial systems and health care alike.” You can read the full entry here.

As a company with a 40-year heritage of focusing on shaping the future, we are very proud to earn this recognition. It aligns with our strategic direction for the coming years, which we announced in February: to move from things to life. We are taking our learnings from helping organizations across the world evolve product development in the non-organic world to now transform how people are cured and can live a better life. This is made possible through a virtual twin experience of the human body. We will share how we’re bringing this vision to life during next week’s 6th Annual Living Heart Symposium.

By continuing to support and enhance virtual twin experiences, we at 3DS are helping to open up new possibilities for life sciences and healthcare by enabling research, medical, surgical and other health-related disciplines to understand, model, search, test and treat a human body as precisely, safely and effectively as other industrial disciplines already can with cars, buildings or airplanes. We can’t wait to share these developments with you!
