A Spanish winemaker built on 150 years of history. A far-out French-American startup with plans for sustainable life on other planets. A Chinese hospital constructed within 14 days under urgent conditions. A 35-nation collaboration to build the world’s largest nuclear fusion research project.
With 290,000 enterprise customers in almost 150 different countries, it’s safe to say Dassault Systèmes’ customers use our virtual twin experiences, simulation and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to reshape the present and future of our planet … and beyond. This year, we’ve shared dozens of customer stories featuring incredible companies and remarkable projects from across industries and around the world. Here are some highlights.
CSADI Back in the early days of the pandemic, Dassault Systèmes worked with China’s Central-South Architectural Design Institute (CSADI) to support simulation and evaluation of virus dispersal of Leishenshan Hospital in Whuhan, China, a modular hospital for infectious diseases and COVID-19 patients that was built in just 14 days. Watch and learn how they used the 3DEXPERIENCE platform’s simulation capabilities to simulate virus contamination and diffusion within the hospital’s ventilation system and optimize suggestions to protect medical personnel at the hospital.
ITER The ITER project, a collaboration among seven member states and 35 nations overall, set out to harness the power of the sun, building the world’s largest fusion device to demonstrate the scientific and technical feasibility of fusion power as a large-scale energy source. Read how ITER adopted the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to manage the entire lifecycle of the plant and provide a single source of truth for each stage of the project.
