Production of Electric Vehicles is expected to grow from 3 million to 125 million by 2030. Next-generation vehicle success requires advanced creative design, shared intelligence, systems engineering and multi-domain collaboration. During the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo held as part of The Battery Show taking place September 11-13 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan, Dassault Systèmes (Booth 549) will demonstrate Systems Engineering, Mechatronics and Simulation solutions to accelerate the design and creation of electronic, autonomous and connected vehicles including battery power systems.

Among the demonstrations are:

  • SIMULIA Simpack Realtime Simulator. SIMULIA delivers realistic simulation applications that enable users to explore real-world behavior of product, nature and life. Simpack provides the capabilities to virtually model and optimize systems as well as vastly reduce the need for physical prototyping,
The SIMULIA Simpak 3DEXPERIENCE allows virtual modeling and testing of vehicles reducing need for physical prototypes

improve product quality by impacting the design early in the development process, accelerate vehicle and component time-to-market, performance, and lifespan.

  • step-by-step example of how the 3DEXPERIENCE platform enabled software engineers to quickly modify the BEAMY, a bluetooth, wifi-connected, combination loudspeaker and video projector.
  • CATIA Systemes Engineering Battery Library which accelerates the design for the coupled electrical and thermal design of electrical vehicles, mobile devices, tooling equipment, autonomous robots and many others. It is suitable for every system that requires an independent energy supply.
