New to Organization Modeling in 2020X (for Baseline deployments) on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, is the concept of “Restricted Roles,” which has been introduced to accommodate a common use case for many of our customers. That is, for a given project, suppliers must only have access to their respective data, while OEM teams must have access to everything in the project (a given Collaborative Space).
If enabled in the platform settings, Administrators will have the ability to assign a role as “restricted” (or not) for each of the Baseline Roles (Reader, Contributor, Author, etc).
