Today, on International Women’s Day, we all, from leadership with our CATIA CEO Olivier Sappin to every team member, are excited to share stories from some incredible women at CATIA—Jyothi, Xinxin, Camille, and Fazrana—who each bring passion, creativity, and expertise to their work. These women, from different corners of the world, are just a few examples of the talent we are proud to celebrate.

👩💻 Celebrating Women in Engineering: Driving Innovation
From International Women’s Day celebrations to ongoing initiatives, we highlight and honor the invaluable contributions of our female team members across R&D, finance, HR, sales, marketing, and technical fields. Their expertise is shaping the future of engineering, and we’re proud to amplify their voices.
I find great motivation in encouraging more women to step into technical roles with confidence. If I can inspire even a few to break barriers, it makes my mission even more meaningful.” Jyothi

🎓 Inspiring the Next Generation: Building the future
We are committed to empowering young women to pursue careers in STEM through partnerships with educational institutions, mentorship programs, and industry outreach. By fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, we are paving the way for the next generation of female engineers to thrive.
Listening, understanding and being inclusive. I think these 3 elements make me successful with our customers, especially with new industry customers. I am more likely to listen than persuade. When I propose a solution, I prefer including all key points and solving issues. Xinxin

✨ Building a More Inclusive Future: Together we are strongher
For us, promoting women in engineering is more than just an initiative—it’s a core value. We are shaping a future where gender parity isn’t just a goal but a reality, where women lead, innovate, and redefine what’s possible in engineering.
Join us in celebrating and supporting women in STEM—because when we lift each other up, we all rise together. 💙👩🔬
I believe “Every problem has a solution we just need to put some more efforts to get it”. Complex problems of customers are very challenging and need patience and persistence. My qualities help me to provide sustainable solutions to Customers. Fazrana
What I like most today is firstly innovation, constantly looking for new AI models that will come out and constantly adapting them to the different experiences of our customers. Secondly, it is my team with whom we have strong cohesion and a real spirit of mutual aid. Camille
At Dassault Systèmes, we are proud to be the world leader in virtual universes, operating in an industry that has historically seen lower female representation. To address this, we launched WIN (Women’s INitiative) in 2012, a gender diversity network that promotes inclusion and equality across our organization. Through WIN, we bring together female and male employees to create a collaborative space that supports and nurtures talent, both internally and externally.
A shining example of WIN’s impact is the Women@CATIA project, which celebrates the role of women in engineering.
This is just the beginning. WIN will continue to support initiatives like Women@CATIA to elevate women’s voices and foster an environment where talent from all backgrounds can thrive.
